Hi there, world of FWs, hope you have a nice day - you too, still in bed, when you get up!

A little update on Gidget: She's getting her upper canines in (adult teeth), and my roomies C.J. and Diane got her a harness and leash; in the evenings, they take her out front, sit on the porch and let her just explore to the leash's limit. She loves it. I got her a flea comb, and next will have to be a carrier so we can get her her shots and fixed.
I got some stuff done in my storage over the Labor Day weekend--putting about half my notes and course materials from Bible college into binders. Next I need 12 2" binders for the rest.

Oh, on the first we had our grand opening of our Life Center at church. Fourteen families came! And this despite all the yard and garage sales all over! Praise God!

We had to rehome Gidget; one of our roomies was being very immature about her being here, and the lady who took her is going to take her to Tijuana. I'm not comfortable about this on so many levels. C.J., Diane and I feel Gidget was given to us by God, so we're hoping that He will bring her back to us, somehow. C.J. and Diane are very upset, but have this lady's phone number and contact info. I have a couple pictures of her, as soon as I figure out how to send them I'll post them.

It's been raining for days here in sunny South Africa! Beginning to forget what colour the sky really is!
(Or should that be 'color'? Just got a spell-check!)

Hi all. It's rainy here too in Western NY. Today is my hubby's and my 20th anniversary. Man time does fly! Only 3 days to my daughter's wedding. Sniff. I have no idea how I'm ever gonna not bawl. Mama's song by Carrie Underwood will be playing as I walk down the aisle and when the groom's mom and I light our side of the unity candle. I'm afraid my tears will put the flame out.

Hey Dub you're missed. You're one of the ones that kept this page turning. I hope all is going hunky-dory for you (are you still on Sabbatical?)

I know you've had affiliations with Liberty and UNC and I'm not sure if I mentioned that my son is in your neck of the woods pursuing his Masters at Duke's School of Divinity. Do you have lecture there?

This is just for you Gwenlian (Is it safe to assume your name is Gwen?)

For everyone else Howdy Dudes and Dudettes. Life is good. I hope you all are having a delightful day. TTYL :)
or the literal translation is more like: Hi I'm okay. Thank you. My name is Shann Hall LOchmannVanBennekom Stay well

Morse: 'Hello, how are you all?'

I had training in wireless operations etc. in the army but used mostly griddle code.

Hello, to you too James and how are you?
