Congratulations to everyone who was brave and creative enough to enter. You are all winners in my book. As for my EC, I'd better close my jaw before a lightning bug flies into my mouth! It started out as a joke that developed into a story during one of my middle of the night strolls. I almost didn't send it because it wasn't my favorite. Goes to show what I know! Thanks to everyone for their kind comments.

I add my hearty CONGRATULATIONS to all the EC and level winners! You have written some awesome poems and stories that were a pleasure to read! (And many of them made me hungry, too!)
Blessings upon you and your writing,

Re: Winners for SAVORY TO THE TASTE
You are so right, Dannie. It's been a treat watching Addie zoom up the ranks since arriving at FaithWriters. I think she started in Level 1 because she thought that was where everyone needed to start, but her talent rocketed up the ranks very quickly. Creativity Plus!DizziDanni wrote:Who is Addie Pleasance He/she is so talented. Addie, do tell
The judges are loving the entries this quarter. You would think it would be hard to stay fresh and creative when the topics are quite similar every week, but our Challengeers are doing it. High fives all round.
We've had a few newbies that are really making Challenge names for themselves. It's always a joy to see, but it's also as much a joy to see faithful Challengeers growing in their ability and creativity every week they enter.
So three cheers for our winners and for those who made the highest rankings, but also three cheers for everyone who rose to the Challenge.
Love, Deb

Congratulations to some great writers. And Shann, I think you are proving that it pays off reading and commenting on other's works. It sharpens you as well as it encourages others in their skills; and Biblically speaking, your are casting your bread up the waters.

And the answer is....a pseudonym for an acclaimed writer, if my research is correct. And according to my resources ( ), it's a he!
I admit that my research could be misleading, but until challenged, I stand by my findings.

Re: Winners for SAVORY TO THE TASTE
Lillian, I also did a sneaky google search and found the name linked to a book on Amazon. In fact I think there were a few books. I was confused because the author had a different name.
Poor Addie! It could turn into a witch-hunt. He's being stalked by us and his only crime is to be a great writer!
No offense Addie. I'm just a nosey old woman!
