Hi everyone.
I have just about everyone's releases back (have to chase a few more), but I've been overloaded with end of financial year work for the last month, which has slowed things down a little.
I'll have edits out for everyone in the next two to three weeks. Keep an eye on this forum to stay up to date with progress.
Also, I'll be announcing the second book very soon. Stay tuned.
Last of all, please keep me in your prayers. I'm juggling a lot at the moment and can only cope by holding on to the truth that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Pray for a clear mind, no distractions and His strength each day for every task.
Love, Deb

Praying for you Deb. XO
And I will have my piece to you today; just finishing up with the last bits (sorry it's taken a while).
Blessings, and loads of prayers and love and hugs,
Helen

Yesterday, a friend, who I hadn't seen for a long time. came to visit. We couldn't figure out where to go for dinner until I suggested a restaurant that had an excellent dinner buffet.
We arrived at the restaurant hungry and ready to dig in. The buffet bar couldn't have been more inviting. Three meat choices, three rice dishes (one with beans), three chicken choices, 2 fish dishes, baked macaroni, 4 types of vegetable dishes, potato salad, cole slaw, cornbread, and peach cobbler or banana pudding for dessert.
We stood there, two hungry gals, not trying to figure out what we wanted to eat; just wanting it all. In the end, we made our choices, and though we didn't "have it all," our plates were so full we left some on our plates.
I can hear my mother's voice as it rises from the ashes, "Don't take more than you can eat!"
Should I visit the restaurant again, I'll try not to overload my plate.
Lord, please give Deb the wisdom she needs to make wise choices with her time and priorities. It's not Your desire that we become stressed in the work You've called us to do. Give her the strength she needs to perform those tasks You've ordained for her, and the wisdom to discern what to do when she has too much on her plate. Amen
Lillian

Thanks Lillian. Wisdom.
As much as I try to let go of things, God has a tendency to keep bringing them back (for example, certain involvements regarding the church).
Your prayers are always greatly appreciated.
Love, Deb

I have a question for you, Deb! When you contacted me earlier this summer about signing the release for my story to be printed in the upcoming Faithwriters book, you mentioned something about a woman contacting me soon for bio information. I haven't heard from anyone and just want to make sure that another email hasn't slipped past me into the unknowns of cyber-space!
Blessings, Myrna

Sorry, Myrna. Yes, I'm behind (again). I'm hoping to catch up a lot during our off Challenge week. So you'll be hearing from me then.
