I mentioned in the Prayer Request board that Cookie has moved in.

I still can't seem to have new posts to forums I've posted on to come to my email. It was so convenient to get an email saying a new reply had come in, then log on and click the "Keep me logged in" box, then after I was finished with my email, come over here and sign in once. Any idea why? When I get to the bottom of a thread, it says "Notify me when a reply is posted", but I'm not getting the notifications. They aren't in my junk mail, either. :helpwobble

I don't get them all of the time either anymore Dee Jay. Sometimes i do and other times I don't and I can't figure out why. In my opinion it's because my computer has a vendetta to make me go crazy. Thankfully there is no way I will allow a machine to beat me. I'm perfectly capable of going crazy all on my own!

Hi everyone. I just took an evening stroll. The winds helped cool down the air and I saw the tail end of a glorious sunset and the moon is almost full. How Great Thou art!

I just realized last night that I haven't been getting the studies from member totallylovedbygod, either.

I hope whoever hacked my account is enjoying them, and makes the decision not to hack accounts anymore.

Wonder if there's anyway I can find out who did it, and/or get my stuff back. Because changing all that is a colossal pain.

Our roommate Cookie who has a brain tumor has not been feeling well lately, as her doctor raised the dosage of her meds--the tumor had shrunk under radiation and chemo, then grew back--so I've been helping with her somewhat. Last night I saw her walking around by herself, she says she feels a bit better. This morning she was a bit more better, but please keep her in prayer.

In other news, Pastor Brian has been preaching on singing--I think I told you but I'll repeat it a bit--and I recently sang a little song to the Lord asking for a way to use my writing gift. I felt I should approach him about writing for our church's Facebook page. So yesterday I asked Brian's wife Danielle, and she's really excited at the prospect. So when it happens, I'll let you know--but you all have to promise not to crash the site!

Cookie is better, but she says she's not all the way back. Pastor Brian and his family moved into their home last year, by a miracle, literally at the last minute; now the landlord wants to sell it, and they have to be out by Aug. 1st--one year to the day they moved in. But Brian has faith God is getting him an even better house. They need extra room because they are planning to adopt, and social services says they need a minimum of three bedrooms. Forget apartments--not big enough. It's gotta be a house, especially since they have two large dogs and a cat. Keep him and his family in prayer.

I just discovered there's a first unread post button at the beginning of each thread. Praise God! That will save me lots of scrolling!
