Hello!

My name is Myrna, and my forum username is GentleJoy.

I used to be a part of FW's a few years ago, and slowly moved up the ranks from Beginners to Masters.

Just recently Deb informed me that my first story to win an EC is going to be published in the upcoming "Mixed Treasures" book. That got me excited about FW's again, so I joined up yesterday as a Gold Member, and I'll be trying the Writing Challenge once more! I'm really looking forward to it!

I know things have changed at FW's and with the Challenge since I stopped writing here, so I hope I can "get the feel of things" quickly and get back to the fun!

I'm looking forward to "meeting" old friends and new on the boards, too!

I'm going to spend some time reading current EC winners to see how they're nailing it! I'm a bit "nervous" about remembering how to "do" everything--including how to do italics with those /< >/ (?????)marks and such when you submit a piece to the Challenge.

Now to think about picnics!!
