A Different Seat is all it Takes....

Postby Kiwigirl » Sun Jun 03, 2012 6:17 am

Last night I sat at the table editing my manuscript, at the end going to bed muttering to all who would listen "I HATE my story. I HATE it."

Tonight, I sat on the sofa with my knitting, clacking away, reading my story, making a few alterations here and there and thinking, "Not bad, not bad."

I am on my way to the loony bin. I can just feel it.

When you get there, dear - say hi. It's my permanent residence ;)

And that is TOTALLY normal - but I'm guessing you know that. A change of scenery can make all the difference.

Funny thing about me is, the articles I write for challenge  and think are great, don't even get as much as a fair thee well, and the ones I think are bad make it into the top half. I don't get me sometimes. lol
God Bless the beasts and the children
Give them shelter from the storms.
Children are our tomorrow
Keep them daily from the sorrow
Of the beasts in life

You are DEFINITELY not alone in that one. I often felt the same, and have several friends who agree. It's all part of being a looney writer. ;)
