Hi Challengeers.
One of the most common questions asked by Challenge entrants is whether it is possible to find out the judges' ratings for their entries. Until September 2009, that wasn't possible. However, now, thanks to the Ratings Feedback service, members are able to receive a quite in-depth report regarding their Challenge entries. These reports not only include information regarding the judges' ratings, but also contain quite a lot of editorial insight from me.
Here's where you can find out all about the Ratings Feedback service and place an order:
Ratings Feedback Service Information An updated sample ratings feedback report is available here:
Sample Ratings Feedback Form - PDFThe Ratings Feedback report has evolved quite dramatically since we first introduced it, and to be honest, it contains so much information now that the post-Challenge full assessment service is really no longer necessary. (However, full assessments are still available for all non-Challenge writing. Please submit a request via the Finesse website regarding that service.)
Anyone who has purchased a full assessment for a Challenge entry already will still receive that assessment.
Due to the amount of work involved in preparing the current Ratings Feedback reports, the cost has had to increase to compensate. Even so, a report like this should cost way more than the still very reasonable price per report.
Also, the ratings feedback reports are now only available for entries submitted under the new judging system (in other words, since October 2010).
Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Also, feel free to check out the endorsements page for the Ratings Feedback Service:
