Sorry for venting.

Seema, sorry for that assumption you would think writers would know better.I think it speaks to how real your piece is.

Holly my Shepherd's pie is very run of the mill. I don't know if you have Bisto in America but that is a key ingredient. First, you have to catch a shepherd, ha ha ha Pup.
I use ground beef crumble that into Bisto gravy add lovely mixed vegetables, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, onions cook together in a sauce pan on the cooker (oh sorry, stove) when veggies are tender and meat done put in a glass casserole and top with REAL mash potatoes pop under the grill for a nice brown that's it! I had spices to taste and a few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce to the veggies and meat, gravy mix. A proper one is made with lamb and what I have described is actually a Cottage Pie.

Becky hope kitty is on the mend. Sparrow glad you are getting some shoulder relief. Pup I hope you have some surprise sunshine on your days off. Jay, you are a pet, love. If you could have one what would you choose?

I choose Ian and now have so much more, he he he   :sorry

Blessings, Kathleen

:thankssign Shann and Seema for commenting on my piece and mentioning it here. Seema I think your piece should have rated much higher--but then what do I know?

Shann, thanks for throwing a brick for Dannie. What an amazing woman.

At the moment I am wondering what I am to do with writing? Ya, I know, just keep at it.
Between living in isolation, not progressing with the writing, and having slim ministry outlets, after a lifetime of action, I could easily buy a Kindle and just read for the rest of my remaining years. Sounds like a pity party, I know. :tongue :sorry

Okay Kitkat....get a grip girl! The pencil pink is more like nauseating "pepto bismal" pink. AND besides, although orange is most definitely not my favorite culler, it does grow on ya over time. AND, AND, AND, and AND.....

Just read your achievment piece and although I am not the bestest writer, (pretty good tho, if I may say so myself   ), I definitely think I am a great critquer on the guts of a story and you done G R E A T....so bottom line....now get a grip on yourself about writing! You are definitely called to write...so git busy girlfriend and KEEP writing!!!!! And yes, that's an order! :tongue

P.S.---Hi Shannikins. :D :D :D

HMPH @ PUPPERS

Well, Holly . . . my wrist has started bugging me again. But yesterday my friend came over and we went shopping. She needed to get out. She's been majorly stressed lately. (can't go into detail but lets just say it has something to do with the "Bad news" thing I mentioned a few days ago).

But over all, I suppose I'm alright.

That was just political propaganda to cover up that the chairman was color blind. Don't they teach you anything in schools these days.
