If any beginners want help with poetry, I would be glad to look over your poem and give tips and feedback before you post it. I already am a part of a buddy group, but I would like to be able to help any beginner level poets improve their art as well. Let me know if you are interested!

Ben, I am a beginning poet. I would love your feedback. I have posted a few poems in the critique circle but I've found they don't get critiqued. I figure people aren't doing much critique circle critiquing right now or my work is so bad they don't even know what to say. Anyway, I just dabbled in poetic prose for the first time with two pieces I wrote as well as more traditional poetry. Outside of Faithwriters I don't have any feedback concerning my poetry. Anything you could offer would be appreciated.

I used to provide feedback at the Critique Circle, but I haven't been there in at least a year. I would be more than happy to give feedback to anyone who would like some, though!

Please disregard the reply above from Mrs.Cris...that's me! I"m not sure what I was doing when I signed into the boards and created another username, but this one is my original. I apologize.

I do have a new poem that I'd love your critique and input on for the Challenge. I have been writing poems for my own pleasure for about a year or so...and dream of moving up a notch or two sometime in my lifetime and publish a book, childrens stories, poems. I've been exploring it all and it seems I lean more to poems and short stories. I am a mother with 4 children so pretty busy. When I do get to write, it is a delight! I created a blog which is noted on my profile with some of leisure writings of prose and poems. Others are simple journal entries.
