Shane, if you've been paying for it, you definitely should have access to all those things (as well as a 500 symbol next to your name on your articles and comments on other articles). So check with Scott using the link Shari posted.
I have no way of fixing the problem for you (I'm not involved with that side of FaithWriters at all), but I did go into the admin area to check the data base, and your account definitely doesn't have any indication of being a 500 member.
So you will absolutely have to check with Scott using the link Shari gave you. If you've got emails confirming your payments and credit card payment information (to show that the money was taken out), that would possibly help.
I was wondering if you may have had two FaithWriters' accounts at some point (often happens, and people then sign into their old account by accident), but I couldn't see another one in your name. So it's a bit of a mystery.
