Great interview. Congratulations Jim. Well done, well done indeed. I just read your winning poem...it does bring back memories for me. My stepdad's hero was Willie Mays. Growing up in California, I was able to see Mays and Koufac play. They are two of the greats. Thanks for taking me back to a special time and place.
In the twilight of my years, may His Light shine more brightly.

I am rather stunned by this honor. With so many excellent entries far better than my own, this is truly a testimony to the wonder of grace.

I want to thank all the judges and all my fellow faithwriters for this most delightful of surprises.

I am good for another ten thousand miles or when the Lord calls us home, which ever comes first.

Love ya in Christ,

Jim,
With such talent, you're good for at least ten thousand miles. I'm not a judge, but I recognize a winner when I "sees"one. You turn Level 4 into a "somewhere over the rainbow" for me, but I'll keep trying. :D To you and to all the select group of Level 4 high achievers, a heartfelt, albeit envious,

    Congratulations!! :clap :bow

P.S. Can't help wondering what have you been doing with that talent for the previous ten thousand miles. :D

These were wonderful selections by our winning authors --all three
Jim's poetry has just gotten better and better this quarter. I've really enjoyed it.
Eliza, I am so happy to see my dear friend's work recognized for the gift that it is! You go, Girl!
Melanie, You've had consistently good pieces. I'm glad to see you on the list.
