But thank you for saying that.

If someone is at all sensitive about receiving critique, then the report is probably not a good idea (unless they ranked fairly high in the Challenge). However, as writers, if we want to grow, then critique is essential--particularly when it comes from professionals. These reports tell it like it is, and if taken the right way, they are really helpful.
