Writers group in Southeast Michigan?

Have you two been able to find anything here in SE Michigan? I live in Monroe and work in Taylor. We could do something crazy and start our own with us three and any that would join us. Out of curisoity, have either of you been to any of the FW conferences? We might have bumped into each other.
