Upgrading to Platinum

I am on the monthly plan for the Gold, but want to upgrade to the Platinum membership so I can get in on the Page Turner contest. What is the easiest way to do that? I already paid for this month's Gold, so if I go Platinum, will I just sign up the Platinum and cancel the Gold? And will I get a credit toward the Platinum fee?

You'll need to go straight to Scott about that. Otherwise you'll end up with two memberships.

You can contact him via the Priority Support form at FaithWriters:

You'll be asked to sign in to FaithWriters before the page opens.

Just let him know your details, and that you would like to upgrade to Platinum. He'll be able to tell you the best way to do that.
