I was sleepily checking the list this a.m. on my Blackberry and thought I was looking at last week's list. I was 10th last week too. lol :P

Thanks judges. Congratulations to everybody. I am among some FW greats and Miss Rachel Phelps is establishing quite a name for herself here too. ;)

I had one of those nights when I couldn't get to sleep until about 5 a.m. When I awoke just a few minutes ago I thought I would check in to see what was happening on the porch and Debby was congratulating me and the other winners on the porch.....WHAT?

I am truly stunned.

Thank you to the judges who must have a very hard time each week and congratulations to all those entered. I consider ENTERING a win!!!!

I was 9th last week, too, Mari! :) Thanks for the shout-out, the encouragement is so appreciated!

Congratulations to all!!! Such a difficult topic, and everyone produced such wonderful stories!

Thank You Judges

I feel so good about myself tonight! I was anxious all day, but I couldn't get to the computer until 6:30pm. And there it was, Second Place in Beginners. I am my father's primary caregiver and my time isn't my own. To find time to write for the challenges has been difficult. In fact, I haven't written for the challenge in a good while. But last week, I heard from the Lord about the challenge on Discern and I placed for the first time. He is a Great God and I love Him so-o-o much! Thanks to all of you who read and commented on my article.

You deserve to feel good about yourself, Brenda. A very well written entry. So sad you had to wait until 6:30 when most of the party is over. :( One of my FW friends is 2 hours earlier time zone and calls me EARLY when there is good news. You need such a FW friend. ;)

Again...congratulations. I'll party with you! :party
