Thought Passage: Neh. 4:6, "So built we the wall; and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof: for the people had a mind to work."
There is a common saying among Pastors that 20% of the people will do 80% of the work. Often people look at a church with the attitude of, “How can this church serve me?” and not with an attitude of, “How can I serve the Lord in this church?” We all can’t be leaders but we are all to be servants. Do we today have a mindset as they did in Nehemiah’s day; a mind to the work?

Words, "a mind to do the work" are excellent words to live by.
