Okay, HELP!!!

Somebody said "FaceBook works..." so I'd like detailed instructions, PLEASE???? Somebody??? I've tried and tried, but can't get my pic to move here.

1. Find the image you want
2. Right Click
3. Select "Copy image location"
4. Go to your profile here
5. Paste into the "link to off-site avatar" box

Oh dear, Allison - I've right-clicked, but don't see anything that says "copy image location." I see other "copy" options, but not that one. I even tried following the directions on PhotoBucket to copy the link, paste in the "Avatar" area of my profile, etc., but still can't seem to do it. I tried right-clicking on the chosen photo in FaceBook - again, there is no option that says "copy image location."

You were so nice to answer so quickly, but ....

Any other suggestions?

Okay. Then try this. Do you see a "view image" option? If so, click that, and the copy and paste the address that appears in the regular address bar, right where any "normal" web address would appear.

Okay. I just realized you are probably using Internet Explorer, while I am using Firefox. So it's a bit different in IE. (And... I just discovered yet another reason to love Firefox. ) Try this. Right click. Click on "properties" then, where it says "address" copy that and paste it into the URL box on your profile.

Okay that worked, but only with the second image I used... I wonder if it might have had something to do with the size of the first image I was using. Anyway, try that. If it doesn't work, it may be the size. In that case, feel free to e-mail it to me, and I'll fix it up for you, upload it to my personal photobucket account, and send you the URL.

Now to see if it will let me go back to my original avatar image.....

Hi there everyone, as many of you know I am not good with things like this. I have tried several times within the last year to get my photo posted and it never works. So, I need lots of help! I am lost with doing stuff like this!

I mean really, it took me forever to figure out Microsoft Word! So, I am desperate to figure it out! Someone help me please?
