The Power of Music in Writing 5/24/10

Post by Writetrack »

Glenn begins this week's article with this paragraph:

Music is such an incredible bit of inspiration. In writing my first and second book I used Celtic music by Jeff Johnson as the soundtrack to keep me in a certain frame of mind while writing. As you may know from other articles I like to write with no sound if possible except for the click and clack of the keyboard keys and the steady tick of a mantle clock.

So what about you? Do you use music to fuel your creativity? If so, what type of music do you enjoy?
