Actually, Amy, there are loads more eligible for Level 4 than even 32. But as is expected, once people get to that Level they start to expand out with their writing, which is a really good thing. Shows the Challenge had the right impact on them. If all the eligible Level 4 people entered on the one week, we'd be bulging at the seams.
