FaithWriters has always been known for their fast response to member queries. Now that same fast response is available only to Platinum and Gold members.
As a Gold member you can access the Priority Support service here:

You will be asked to logon to FaithWriters before it takes you to the Priority Support contact form.
You can always access the form from the Gold Member area on your Member Account page at FaithWriters.
