Just signed up for the 500!

I am so excited--I finally did it! I just joined the 500!

I'm having a little bit of trouble with the registration, though. I tried to register with the same email address as my silver level, and it wouldn't let me complete it. I sent an email on the error form. Is that all I need to do?

Thanks for any help you can offer! I'm looking forward to being in the 500!

Kristi, good on you.

I just wrote a big reply here about how I thought you may have used the new member sign up by mistake, but I can see you only have one member account, so that can't be the case. Not sure why you couldn't use the same email address. That's odd.

I'll point Scott over to this thread to see whether he can look into that for you.

It's a bit of a puzzle though, Kristi, because you definitely only have one account in your name, unless you signed up under a different name. So It's got me scratching my head. Scott will need to come to the rescue here. He'll be able to see which account the payment is connected to, and then should be able to work out why you couldn't use the same email address.

"Oops" wouldn't happen to be the next Challenge topic, would it?

Deb, I think I may have this figured out. I used "KLPeifer" on the Platinum account because it wouldn't let me use "KPeifer" either. (Already in use.) I like "KPeifer" better, but either will work.

The payment is attached to "KLPeifer" but all of my posts are with "KPeifer".

Kristi, Scott's going to keep an eye out for the confirmation of payment to come through, then he'll fix it. My only concern is that because of the mix up, your payment may not have gone through. So if you don't see that little platinum 500 next to your name in the next 24 hours, let me know. It's just I can't see a second account in your name at all (there's only one Peifer in all of FaithWriters, and you're it!)

Anyway, let me know if you don't see the platinum 500 in the next 24 hours. (Did you pay via PayPal or credit card?)
