Again my leg/foot brace is causing me strife.
I lost weight over the past month (planned) and I wondered why my brace was slipping when I walked. The brace had also broken the skin where the lining was separating from the brace when I walked with the slipping.
It's fixed now. My calf had shrunk, either from muscle shrink or weight loss or both. The Orthopaedics at the hospital adjusted it to fit. Now I have to wait for the wound to heal. Please pray for fast and uncomplicated healing.

| I will be praying Crissy . Glad it is fixed. Do you do special exercises to keep the muscls toned? Seems like that keeps them firm and not shrinking. Hope it all gets 100 per cent well. Blessings, Ruth B. |
