I found the first part of this article very interesting...
"Strange but true: Could nature, wind part Red sea?"
Incredible how Moses and all the Israelites "just happened" to time things right to be there when nature took its course, right? I think I'll go with the explanation that God worked it out for them... even if he used completely "natural" means to do so. |

I once had a Bible handbook--can't remember the name of the author which was incorporated with the words "Bible Handbook", but it was popular in the 70s--but when he was discussing the ten plagues, he said that they occurred months apart, like the frog and locust plagues, when these creatures normally appeared and it just seemed like they occurred in greater numbers. Sorry, buddy, but in my reading of the Bible, those plagues took place over a course of weeks, not months. Most happened the day after the warning was given.
If it's one thing I've learned in being a Christian for the past 37 years, it's that every now and then, you're going to get people like this, but then they drop off the radar. Jesus said there would be people denying God and His works, so this shouldn't take us by surprise. _________________ Visit my blog: www.myspace.com/cataholic1
