I just noticed that the magazine is dated 2008. Kind of outdated isnt it. How often is that supposed to be updated?

It's on hiatus Smile Deb had posted about it awhile back. She's been focusing on other things for the time being.

Hi Michael. No, it was a decision with the owner of FaithWriters. The time and cost involved in preparing it didn't balance with the amount of response it received. Other areas were, and are, in greater need.

It is still hoped, one day, to be able to provide a print version of the magazine, but that's way down the track.

Love, Deb

Being that this is the case, and may not be operational in the near future, would it not be a good idea to remove the magazine information and ads from the faithwriters site if it is no longer active and a place where their writings may be published to. It's kind of misleading. I signed up thinking there was a magazine attached to this site which might one day actually sport one of my writings or two, should I ever get good enough.
Just a thought.

Suede, the magazine was purely for 500 member writings. It may come back in time, and perhaps even in print form. Where are the actual ads for it? If there are some in places that are still promoting it as something for 500 members, then yes, those ads definitely need to be removed.

Hi.
Feel free to disregard my comments. I've only been on here a short while, but in that time, the website has changed a lot. Maybe the magazine isn't advertised anymore the way I saw it. Anyways--that was one of the perks I thought was available when I signed on. It really doesn't matter. I'm loving this site. It's an awesome opportunity for me to improve my writing and I'm so happy to be here. What's important to me is that my work get better and better so that one day it might be worthy to be in a magazine. I'm sorry if I've cause you inconvenience.
