Thanks you, judges, very much! This was the first week since joining FW that I had harbored not even the slightest hope of placing, so I am really, really amazed! What a delightful surprise!

Congratulations to all of this week's winners!

I'm way late getting here, but what a surprise. Praise God, it turned out to be a pretty good week. Aced all four of my summer semester finals and then sqeezed in a "stupid" story that this set of judges liked. I wish I would have finished writng the one for adulthood, now.
Anyway, congrats and blessings to everyone. I got back on board too late to make it to Michigan for the conference, but I did feature the State in my story for yaw'll. Have a great time. My mother was born in Detroit, and we used to spend every summer up in Alpena. Beautiful State and a lovely people. I'm a big Red WIngs fan in Hockey. Anyway..........

God bless.

After reading all the wonderful entries in my level, I was certain that a silly story about a bunch of duck eggs was not going to even hit the top forty.

Wow, it turned out to be "ducky" after all. My thanks to the judges and congratulations to one and all.

Congrats to all the winners!

Thanks to my internet being iffy all week, I didn't get to read as many as I normally do. I hope to do some catch up reading during my downtime this weekend. Haha!
