Woohoo! I slipped in there! An extra special surprise as I didn;t expect to win. My Hubby said it wasn;t one of my better stories. But I really liked it and the characters so I am glad it's going to be in the book!

Just a encouragement for those who didn't place. I honestly didn't care if I placed this week. I just wrote the story that was on my heart and let it go. I would have been at peace if I didn't see my name but instead had an awesome surprise instead.

For those who did place... Congratulations.. enjoy the time in the limelight cause it may be someone else's turn next week!

Love you all. Thanks so much, Faithwriters, for helping me to grow in my writing and even just making me write fairly consistently! Scott and Deb... you are amazing!

Haha.. this sounds like an acceptance speech. Its meant to be an encouragement for those who didn't place as I know it's disheartening. There's a new topic and a new chance to write... go for it!

No way! I am so sleep deprived that this could be a mirage on my screen!

Thanks to the judges; I told my FW buddies earlier this week that this was THE MOST FUN I've had writing...it was truly a blast.
