Welcome to Noonday Devotion
It is a great privilege to share with you again. Please take time to view the featured page, which is called Weapons of Our Warfare. It concentrates on the weapons God outlines in Ephesians 6 and how we are to use them in defeating the enemy. Please click on link below

1 John 1:3-5
3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
4 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.
5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
Have you got a testimony?
Your testimony like John's, is what happened to you at the cross of Calvary. John was an eye witness to the death of Jesus and so he shared because he was actually there.
Your testimony is sharing what happened personally to you at the cross. You are telling that your burden of sin was lifted, that you were delivered and made whole.
You have a unique testimony, like no one Else's. So tell out the glories of the Lord today.
However you came to know Jesus as Saviour, it was a unique way and you have a unique testimony to share with others. It can and will be of relevance to other people.
Just like John.. what we have seen and heard, we have to declare, we have to share with others.
It is our privilege and responsibility.. AMEN?
2 Chronicles 9:23
23 And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, that God had put in his heart.
Jesus says he sends us out as lambs among wolves, this means we have to be very wise in all we do.
James 1:5-6 says the following:
5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. Just like Solomon, all we have to do is ask our Father to give us His wisdom and he WILL do it. The only requirement, is that we ask in Faith, believing that God will do it.
If we have the wisdom of God operating in our lives, then people will be drawn to us, as they see something different operating within us and through us.
God gives us wisdom, it will draw people, because it is the very wisdom of the Living and True God.
As we operate in it this week, may it draw many to the knowledge of the wisdom giver.
Do people come to us for advice, because they know we receive our wisdom from God?
God Bless you

"Perfect in Christ Jesus." – Colossians 1:28
Do you not feel in your own soul that perfection is not in you? Does not every day teach you that? Every tear which trickles from your eye, weeps "imperfection"; every harsh word which proceeds from your lip, mutters "imperfection." You have too frequently had a view of your own heart to dream for a moment of any perfection in yourself. But amidst this sad consciousness of imperfection, here is comfort for you-you are "perfect in Christ Jesus." In God’s sight, you are "complete in him;" even now you are "accepted in the Beloved." But there is a second perfection, yet to be realized, which is sure to all the seed. Is it not delightful to look forward to the time when every stain of sin shall be removed from the believer, and he shall be presented faultless before the throne, without spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing? The Church of Christ then will be so pure, that not even the eye of Omniscience will see a spot or blemish in her; so holy and so glorious, that Hart did not go beyond the truth when he said-
"With my Saviour’s garments on,
Holy as the Holy One."
Then shall we know, and taste, and feel the happiness of this vast but short sentence, "Complete in Christ." Not till then shall we fully comprehend the heights and depths of the salvation of Jesus. Doth not thy heart leap for joy at the thought of it? Black as thou art, thou shalt be white one day; filthy as thou art, thou shalt be clean. Oh, it is a marvellous salvation this! Christ takes a worm and transforms it into an angel; Christ takes a black and deformed thing and makes it clean and matchless in his glory, peerless in his beauty, and fit to be the companion of seraphs. O my soul, stand and admire this blessed truth of perfection in Christ.
"To whom belongest thou?" – I Samuel 30:13
No neutralities can exist in religion. We are either ranked under the banner of Prince Immanuel, to serve and fight his battles, or we are vassals of the black prince, Satan. "To whom belongest thou?"
Reader, let me assist you in your response. Have you been "born again"? If you have, you belong to Christ, but without the new birth you cannot be his. In whom do you trust? For those who believe in Jesus are the sons of God. Whose work are you doing? You are sure to serve your master, for he whom you serve is thereby owned to be your lord. What company do you keep? If you belong to Jesus, you will fraternize with those who wear the livery of the cross. "Birds of a feather flock together." What is your conversation? Is it heavenly or is it earthly? What have you learned of your Master?-for servants learn much from their masters to whom they are apprenticed. If you have served your time with Jesus, it will be said of you, as it was of Peter and John, "They took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus."
We press the question, "To whom belongest thou?" Answer honestly before you give sleep to your eyes. If you are not Christ’s you are in a hard service-Run away from your cruel master! Enter into the service of the Lord of Love, and you shall enjoy a life of blessedness. If you are Christ’s let me advise you to do four things. You belong to Jesus-obey him; let his word be your law; let his wish be your will. You belong to the Beloved, then love him; let your heart embrace him; let your whole soul be filled with him. You belong to the Son of God, then trust him; rest nowhere but on him. You belong to the King of kings, then be decided for him. Thus, without your being branded upon the brow, all will know to whom you belong.
