Hi Challengeers.
Now that our India winners have had a little bit of time in the spotlight, it's time to give a cheer to all those who didn't quite make it to the top, but did very well.
While the number of entries each week remains fairly low, I'll only be posting the top 30, instead of the top 40.
So if your entry appears on any of these lists, you did very well. Give yourself a pat on the back.
Love, Deb

Time to congratulate everyone who made the overall top 40! Making the list is a great accomplishment considering how many great entries there were this week.
Congrats to Sonya, Yvonne, Sheri, Holly, Ben, Josiah, Debbie, Shirley, Gregory, and Sara for their top 40 placements!
Also congrats to Tim and Diana for making the advanced top 15!
A lot of new faces on the list, so if I didn't mention your name in the other thread or this one, please forgive me. I'm hoping to get to know you all as the week's progress.
And is Janiel related to Sara? I'm guessing so. Congrats to Janeil also!
I'm excited to read the Europe entries and see what great stuff comes from this topic. I know I enjoyed writing mine.

A very dear friend of mine encouraged me to check out Faithwriters. I think you all are amazing, gifted writers---but so more more than that, you are an encouragement to us newbies just starting out and taking that leap of faith. I have been blessed by each comment, each critique. Thank you so much. Here's to all the India challenge submissions. You all ROCK!
Soli Deo Gloria
Blessings,

Congratulations everyone!
I'm glad to see Jan up on the list again...
Melanie, congrats to you, too - I always love seeing a poem make EC...
Lisa, I'm glad to see you up there, too! Congratulations!
Lots of names I don't recognize, which is neat to see - great job!
Thank you for the congratulations, Josh - I'm encouraged again to see my name on the list after shaking off several months' worth of rust...
I was so close to placing in advanced - maybe I should try writing stories more often!

Oh, and congratulations to Michele, too - but maybe I should stop naming names, or I'll be here all night...

Well your stories are good, but there is no denying your talent for writing poetry. I myself cannot write poems, so I look up to those who can. Maybe someday I'll attempt one, but right now I'm too scared.Ben_Poet wrote: I was so close to placing in advanced - maybe I should try writing stories more often!
By the way, your story really was very good and quite original. I enjoyed reading it a lot.

Congratulations to everyone! We just keep plugging away, moving along, and growing.
I appreciated learning so much about India this week.
May this week's writing go smoothly! Last week's felt rough.
