Congratulations to everyone on the list- AND those not on the list! Every entry I read this week was good and most were OUTSTANDING! I was blessed by reading them!

*I ran out of time so some I read and did not comment on but they were GOOD and touched me and I am sure others had the same thing. So, try not to base "how well you did" on how many comments you had. You all touched people with your writing and that is what it is all about!

My apologies, Rachel. I didn't mean to steal your glory. I should have gone back to check.

Thanks so much, judges, and thanks for everyone who left lovely comments. "Flames" was a fun one to write, and in the process of writing it, I convicted myself. So it was a piece that needed to be written, I guess!

I'm stunned! I thought last week's was a good one and it didn't even place in the top 40. This one I didn't think was all that good — go figure!

Thank you, judges. I'm happy you saw something I didn't. And thanks to those who commented.
