Exactly how do we enter?

Sorry ... obviously I'm missing something REALLY important here ... but I figured if I am, just maybe somebody else will too, so it is worth starting a new thread.

I've just been scouring this section of the boards (the Page Turner Writing Contest) and have learned that the synopsis must be a maximum of 500 words and that there is apparently an entry form. But, um, where can I find the guidelines and the entry form? I thought it was just a case of emailing them to Deb - but I guess not .

Yes, I know it is quite obvious ... apparently ... since lots of you have already entered. But, um, yeah, well, HELP please!
