FaithWriters used Xulon for the anthologies up until the most recent one. The quality is good and I think most people would be happy with the end result. Living in Australia, I have thought about using them myself, but there's the whole shipping thing to take into account when ordering books (even at the author price). I could be wrong, but I think Xulon has something set up for Europe though, so it may not be quite as bad as getting them sent from the US. You'll need to check that though.
An alternative is Pleasant Word. If you are a 500 member, you get a 5% discount through them, and the end result is of much the same quality as Xulon. Again, you'll need to look into the issue of having the books sent to you.
