I just need to work it into my schedule. I live in southern California, where it's year round over 60F and sunny. My problem is 12-hour night shifts, which leave no time in between to walk, and if I go for a walk after work, then I won't sleep for a few hours. Summertime will help a little, as it'll still be light when I wake up in the evening, so I can walk then. I lost all my weight before when I worked 8-hour evening shifts, because I could walk every morning even if I was working that night. Now I have to work out at night, and driving to the gym after midnight isn't very fun.

But I know I need to do it.
