Never pray that you do not have problems but rather that, each time problems come God should grant you grace and strength to overcome. The truth is that, you will never become the person God created you to be without some problems. You will never mature as a leader without some difficulties of life. Praying not to have problems in life is like a school pupil praying that the teacher will not set examination questions, knowing fully well that without exams, he/she will not move to the next class.
