Thought passage: Ezra 9:13, "And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespass, seeing that thou our God hast punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and hast given us such delieverance as this:"
Have you ever done what Ezra is doing here; while looking deep down into your own heart and taking note of the trespasses and iniquities that are there then thanking the Lord for not receiving the punishments which you deserve? When blessings are received that is grace, when punishments are withheld that is mercy.
