Thought passage: 1 Chron. 10:7. "And when all the men of Israel that were in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, then they forsook their cities, and fled; and the Philistines came and dwelt in them."
When our faith is in God we can fight this life’s battles. When our faith is in man the day will come when man will fail and there is nothing left to do but run. God does send leaders, people we are to follow (Phil. 4:9) but our faith and hope needs to be in God.
