"For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands."

As you noted, when sadness or trails come it is always good to reflect upon God's blessings and peace..

hi all,
Just my 2 cents worth, i think low moments is part of Christian experience but even in those times the inner joy that only God can provide truly abides. I believe this is the joy that only the Holy Spirit as our Parakletos can give.
