When you can't make a client happy 11/15/10

Postby Writetrack » Wed Nov 17, 2010 6:53 am

In the world of freelance I can promise you that eventually you will face a client that cannot be pleased. I'm not talking about one that is hard to win over; I mean one that CANNOT be won over.

So what happens when THIS happens? What do you do when no matter WHAT you do, the client is not happy. Glenn recently encountered an "impossible to please" client. What did he do? You'll have to read the complete article to find out.
