Author's Proposals - Part One 11/16/09

Postby Writetrack » Sun Nov 15, 2009 8:51 pm

Q: I recently finished my first manuscript and it hit me that I don't really know how to put together a proposal for publishers to consider. Do I just send the manuscript and a cover letter or is there more to it than that?

This is the question Glenn answers this week. If you've always wondered what's involved in sending a book proposal to a publisher, you'll want to read this article. As a writer who has recently sent out a full proposal, I can say Glenn's advice is right-on. :-)
