Change of Benefits -- Email

As from Sunday, January 17, NEW Platinum members will no longer be able to receive the free FaithWriters.net email service. This is also for Platinum members who have not yet activated their email account.

Existing Platinum members who have already activated their email accounts will still receive this service as part of their package.

Scott sincerely regrets having to make this change to the package for Platinum members who had not yet activated their account (as from January 17). Unfortunately, circumstances beyond FaithWriters' control made it impossible to keep offering this free service as one of the benefits.

The company FaithWriters partners with for this service has increased their prices so dramatically that Scott is no longer able to carry the cost of adding new members.

Again, Scott regrets having to remove this service from the package for new members. However, given this new change to the costing by the provider, there really was no alternative.

Just repeating, if you were already a Platinum member before Sunday, January 17, and had already activated your email account, your service will remain unchanged (as the new prices remain the same for these existing accounts).

With love,

Deb

Yes, really a shame. But I guess companies like the email provider are experiencing the same thing that FaithWriters and other online services are going through.

If it would help I am willing to pay for mine again. I was for sometime doing both then with things getting back job wise last year it all fell apart. But with things as they stand now, I can switch it back again.

Pup, apparently the people who were signed up previously are not impacted by the price rise. They must have increased the prices from a certain date.
