Throw a Brick for MEASURE

Postby Deb Porter » Fri Jan 18, 2013 7:01 pm

The final tally has been done, and we have our winners for the week. So, if you had an entry in for the MEASURE Challenge, now is the time to point a few more readers your way (as well as read some other great entries). It's time to "throw a brick" straight to your entry.

All you have to do is reply to this post with a direct link to your entry. :D If you aren't sure how to do that, we have a guide to help you here:

How to Post a Link to Your Entry

If you join in the brick throwing fun, please make sure you read and review the other brick throwers' entries as well. (There's a lot of good reading in there.)

(As always, if you would like a sample rating sheet to use when reading entries, please see this discussion: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=33906 )

Have fun!

Love, Deb

Thanks, Deb!

I didn't write this one with sights on being a winner, but I hope it blesses and encourages my Faithwriter friends :grouphug

In Your Hands
I certainly don't claim to always have the attitude presented in this poem, but it is what I believe, even when I don't exactly feel it.

Down near the end of the list you'll find my effort, which suddenly gazumped a few embryonic attempts that may see the light of day in future challenges. I welcome red, green, blue inks, or any other shade you have.

Blessings to you all,
Noel

If nothing else, I had fun playing with words. :D
Seriously now, I want that red ink, so I won't do that again.

It was an easy birth as poems go.

Wow! Am I ever late coming to this party!

I had a hard time coming up with something on the topic this week, after taking the whole month of December off from the Challenge. My "write brain" felt a bit rusty!

Anyway, here is my link to a devotional on measuring up:

All reads and comments will be greatly appreciated, and I will get busy today and do some myself!

Blessings,
Myrna

Thanks for the comments and support. It is really encouraging to find like-minded individuals who are eager to share the good news with others!
