Throw a Brick for KEY

Postby Deb Porter » Fri Feb 22, 2013 9:34 pm

Hi Challengeers.

The final tally has been done, and we have our winners for the week. So, if you had an entry in for the KEY Challenge, now is the time to point a few more readers your way (as well as read some other great entries). It's time to "throw a brick" straight to your entry.

All you have to do is reply to this post with a direct link to your entry. :D If you aren't sure how to do that, we have a guide to help you here:

How to Post a Link to Your Entry

If you would appreciate some constructive critique on your entry, please say RED INK WELCOME when you "throw your brick."

If you join in the brick throwing fun, please make sure you read and review the other brick throwers' entries as well. (There's a lot of good reading in there.)

(As always, if you would like a sample rating sheet to use when reading entries, please see this discussion: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=33906 )

Have fun!

Love, Deb

Thank you friends and thank you judges for your kindness last week.

Alliteration rules this week; with a true story of about fifteen years ago - of a funeral that was not looking good.

Any colour ink is welcome and God bless you all.

:typing2

A typo turned "Gold" into "God." Not necessarily a bad thing, except it's confusing to anyone who's looking for Gold. So look for God. :D

Real grace is God's invisible hand reaching down and touching the heart of sinful man. It is not restricted to only a select few. It does not hesitate, but boldly goes where no man has gone. :superhappy RED INK WELCOME!!! :superhappy

:heehee Help! I need all the help you can supply. Practically everything I write is based on my personal experiences - think Erma Bombeck on steroids? Wishful thinking indeed . . . :heehee

Question. "Is it a reality in your life ~ Are you continuing to grow in your hatred for sin, and your love for righteousness? Hating the sin you once loved, and love the righteousness you once ignored?" Or do you dabble in sin, and find your own comfort in it (let go of the very thing you have come to drink down like water) . . ."

Boy, I really feel like I am behind the eight ball. I had no idea the judges decisions were in... I had so much fun writing this -- a family heirloom shown to be God's treasure, a special gift to me in more ways than one (can you figure out what I mean)? -- and some fun research on the internet to boot! Give me whatever you think! http://www.faithwriters.com/wc-article- ... p?id=45013

I'll start reading and commenting on your pieces tomorrow, and I'll appreciate any for mine! :)

Blessings,
Myrna

Here's my brick for key. I've been sick for about a month now and my brain is still sluggish, so that's my excuse for not being more creative. http://www.faithwriters.com/wc-article- ... p?id=45016 An additional note, just FYI, All of you are such a wonderful blessing to me. God Bless You.
