Maybe it's a number mistake, as I would have thought it better to encourage the new-comers than the old-timers. Just my thoughts!

Colin, it wasn't a mistake, or a conspiracy against Level 1, or any attempt to be discouraging. In fact, I was being more encouraging to Level 1 (believe it or not).

It's just that there were already twelve Level 4 entries in the top 15, so the actual Level rankings only gave three extra people a bit of encouragement. Level 1, on the other hand, had no entries in the Top 15, and only the five level winners (as always). So five extra people in that level received a bit of extra encouragement.
