Re: Winners for THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST
Congratulations everyone!
What a lovely surprise to see my name up there, I like so many others am very humbled and give God the honour for the inspiration.
My 'special' congrats go to Joni - a magnificent story, well done! And to Ben - finally, not 11th place! Your poem was beautiful, so simple and yet so powerful.
Well done to all those who entered last week; I am so excited about this week's topic, it should be a lot of fun!
Blessings,
Helen

Re: Winners for THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST
In this day of poor, poor poetry, I toast the winners this week.
When something is needin' said,
when it comes from yer heart and head,
thar's no better writin'
if thar were i'd be frighten',
cuz you'uns are the best-uhs,
than all of the rest o' us,
at writin' words fit to be read.
Ah, such sweet, sweet sentiment.
sniff-sniff

Re: Winners for THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST
Let me throw in my congratulations to all the winners. So nice to see a few from Level 2 and 3.
Give yourselves a pat on the back. If I could, I would, but since I can't, you do it for me.
