How are the top 15 determine? Not that I'm not happy for the winners. It's just that I noticed that many others received more comments and views, than some of the ones chosen for the top 15 and I thought that honorable mentions were chosen based on comments and views? Just curious!

I was just going through looking for new posts and ran across some old ones that never got answered, like this one. Here's the info on how the Challenge is judged. It has nothing to do with comments or feedback .
