To move from Beginners to Intermediate, you must place first, second or third in Beginners, and/or get an EC. To move from Intermediate to Advanced, you must place first, second, or third in Intermediate, or get an EC while in intermediate. To move from Advanced to Masters, you must get three ECs in ANY level.
