Nothing like waiting till the last minute...
My entry is ready to submit, but I need to know whether my name should be on my manuscript or just on the entry form.

Phee, it doesn't matter. You can include your name. The Page Turner isn't like the Challenge.
So go for it!

I think that was an either/or question, Deb, not yes or no.
Reminds me of an email I sent my pastor/boss this week, asking, this? or that?. His answer was, "Yes."

LOL. Cat, behave yourself.
To clarify. You can include your name on the entry form, synopsis and chapter. Or you can leave them off all but the entry form. Not a major problem. I make sure everyone's file is connected to their name once I save it to my files anyway.
