Iwill.... I will....I WILL...stay away from the Forum for the next 27 days.
Oops! I forgot about the Weekly Challenge!
If I'm going to do Page Turner and The Challenge, I'll need an extra dose of The Muse!!!!

HALLEUJAH! PAGE ONE IS DONE
I lit the flame and it's getting hot. I think I'll make deadline.
Tell me, is there a list somewhere of non-fiction titles that have won Page Turner? I was just curious as to how my title fits in.

Hi Lillian.
All our previous winners are here:
http://www.faithwriters.com/page-turner-archives.php
This is only our second non-fiction year. The winner that year wrote a highly publishable book about surrogacy.
The thing is that you just need to have something that is fresh and fits a specific need (preferably not already swamped with books). If it is a fairly common idea, then you just need to come from a unique angle.

Yay! I submitted it. Whether it goes anywhere or not, who knows. I think the goal this time was to overcome the enemy's static and do what God placed on my heart.
Good Luck, Everyone.
Phew.

(That was your entry Robin.)
The countdown to closing time is well and truly rolling on. If you've got a non-fiction manuscript you've been working on, you've got nothing to lose by entering (and the possibility of a lot to gain).

The countdown continues to roll on, and I know there is at least one more person wanting to enter.

Out of curiosity, Deb, how many entered nonfiction two years ago? I remember it being fewer than fiction - just curious what the numbers are like compared to two years ago.

You sent me scrambling to my old files, Jo.
There were 34 entries for non-fiction in 2008.
