Hi everyone, I attempted to go Platinum this morning but have run into an issue. The process took payment from me via PayPal, but the registration portion following that did not work. It would not let me register because my email address was already in use, which it is of course ... by me.

Having already registered as a Silver member, apparently it is seeing me as two different people??

I did send a contact email through the website, but also wanted to post here and see if anyone has encountered this glitch before.

Sometimes there is a glitch in that process...Mike or Bea will fix it for you if you left a message.
