Yes, that was Sally JesusPuppy wrote:It has gotten pretty quiet around here. We use to have so much fun, silly stuff like posting races, and riots when hinting was late. Ahhhh the wacky days. Then too.. sad to think it.. maybe we have just grown up. who is Erieanne?
Not sure, maybe Shari will remember, but first name to my mind was Sally.. The Cheeky Monkey girl. As for scaring HER off? I don't think so. She has known me for a while, even met me in person, so.... Luv ya sis.

Thought so. Sitting here trying to relax, but finding that hard to do while watching action film. Maybe I will go out to breakfast. Or at least for a good coffee. Triple shot in the dark with white chocolate.. mmmmmmm.

I know she lives in Texas--referring to Eireann--haven't seen her for at least a couple years. Check the member list and see if she's still on, get her last posting date, etc..

Hello all! Just realized it's been nearly a week since I lurked. Work has been crazy busy. Two of my group homes had annual state licensing- a week apart. It's a stressful time during the 3-day surveys. I've had a client who suddenly coded when she was being seen in urgent care for minor problem. She was intubated and transported to hospital. She was in ICU 9 days on a vent. before coding again. Her family had decided just the day before to have a "Do not Resuscitate" on her. I could not go to the graveside service due to the licensing showing up. That was kind of bittersweet, as it was held at the same cemetery were my dad and aunt are buried. I've not been there since my aunt died about 12 years ago. I felt obligated to go, but really did not want to go. Does that make sense? Still waiting to get a date for my hip replacement surgery. Hope it's soon.

Yes, Pup, I finished my paper. Now I have another one. Procrastinating again. I've got my articles selected; I just need to sit down and write the darn thing. Maybe I shouldn't aim so hard for A's. I'm also avoiding the voicemail on my phone from work so I don't feel guilty for not going in extra tonight. I absolutely NEED to finish this paper tonight because I work the next three before we jump on a plane for Seattle. So I can't be bothered with guilt over the floor being slammed. I have a bunch of kitchen stuff to do tonight too before we leave - various preparations for the week we'll be gone, and making my homemade toiletries. Nope, gotta work hard tonight. Although it would be nice to chill for a night. Yikes. 2:45am now. Gotta get cracking. Merry Christmas if I'm not back before then!

Not quite a Who referance.. When always getting done with things in the nick of time, those nicks add up to cracks that leak time and become lost forever. Maybe in a few years you will look back and say, "Hummm, wonder where all the time went?" Well, the answer is there. It all leaked out a crack.

Merry Christmas, Leah! Have a great trip and best wishes on that paper. The snow is heavy on the roof, and it sounds and feels like a train is coming through the house every time a big chunk slides off. I got hola unblocker on the computer so now I can watch American Netflix. You guys have a ton more on there than on the Canadian Netflix. I watched the first episode of Call the Midwife tonight. Oh, how I love birth! I wonder when I'll get to attend another.
