I knew a guy once whose name was Parks... but I don't think that would work.

I parked near the parkbench at the park, but officer Parks told me it was a no parking zone, so I had to park somewhere else.

Shann, you know I'm praying for you during the wedding. Hope you can enjoy it and now flare too badly afterwards. I have a lot of friends in hurricane Sandy's path. Funny, on the healKick boards we're all teasing our friend Sandy about who she's going to hit.

I saw a pain specialist today. I liked him a lot but he didn't have any magic answers, of course. He said my shoulder blade is really unstable and going all over the place when I just move my arm around a little. He gave me some stretches and excersizes to do that hopefully will strengthen it without making it cramp all up like everything else I've tried so far.

Tiara, Deb said any of the uses of the word park will be fine.

Well, I'm in the Hurricane's (tropical storm now but they're expecting it to become a hurricane again) path. In fact they are saying that the center of the storm will make landfall somewhere in between the Delmarva peninsula and New Jersey coast which is pretty much where I am. I live on the Delmarva Peninsula.

Either way its gonna be bad.

Hmm... No. I don't think there is such a thing as a really high hill where I live. My grandparents live a couple streets over and have a water front so we are very close to the water.

I don't think I even have a kite anymore. Darn!!

The wedding was beautiful. Emily was stunning. Q gave the sermon which was inspirational and Lyd was gorgeous and sentimental as the maid of humor. Chris was so supportive and now I'm collapsing in bed. I made it through about 32 hours of pretty much nonstop going so I may be in bed for a week or so! Love yas Stay safe (You can pray for Andy and M as they are driving to Orlando tonight @@ hours straight) and pretty much in the path of the storms)

I saw the photos on Facebook. Shann, you looked gorgeous! Loved the family shot at the gazebo. Lydia was lovely, Emily beautiful and Quinten handsome! You done good.

Thank you Barb. Q gave his first sermon and it was great. Emily glowed and stayed so calm and relaxed--makes me wonder if they switched babies at hospital and Lydia was the best maid of honor. Her toast was hysterical and ahh that's so sweet at the same time. And I know Chris really loves me cuz he didn't push me out of the car during any of my many panic attacks . . .though if I ever go missing for too long . . . Hopefully this completes my major year of changes so I shouldn't get that nutty again for at least a week or two. Seriously though, I know so many who struggle with family problems, marriage differences and kids going down the wrong road and I am blessed. Not quite sure how I managed to get such cool people in my life. My minister Jamie traveled the miles to help perform the service in a different church and during rehearsal when I had to walk up a huge step and then light our side of the unity candle and my hand shook so bad I was afraid I'd burn the church down He came up behind me and said Remember even here I am still your pastor and won't let you falter just allow me to be your pastor. Can't even begin to tell you how much that meant to me. It can be quite difficult for me to walk and the trembling can get quite several times and then there's the sweating--all physical vanity things on my part due to my illness (and I didn't even mention how I doubled my weight and dreaded the photos and all that) But it was the most awesome day ever. Wish Mom had been her to see her little M looking so grown up and beautiful but then who's to say there aren't windows in heaven?

haha nice, let's see though if I can come up with something on time. I have all of my chapters for Autumn Rose (my nano book) plotted out, I feel go about them, but I really on a roll and I want to continue plotting the rest of the series. Plus I think there is more that needs to be added to it, so I think I am going to focus on that since I finally seem to have the inspiration and time, and then see about trying to get an entry ready on time. I have all day tomorrow. Maybe I will get it all done and then have monday-wednesday to get it done.

I'm fine, but I got rear-ended on the way home from work today, and it was a hit and run. The guy indicated I should pull into the parking lot a few feet ahead, signaled like he was going to follow me, and when I turned in, he took off. Bleh. Insurance will cover it after I pay my $500 deductible. Also, the thermostat/heater went out, and my dad may be having car issues also. It has not been a good day in the Egley household!
